I've been teaching yoga since 2013, and mentoring and coaching yoga teachers since 2017. I'm the founder of Evolution Lab Yoga Teaching Academy, where I help yoga teachers become skilled, confident teachers and build sustainable careers rooted in integrity.

Over the years, I've taught in leading studios across London and internationally, built a sold-out private client practice, and I teach on teacher trainings. I've built and run international retreats, and now lead them each year. I mentor and coach teachers on building online yoga businesses, and I run my own mentoring programme, now in its eighth year, supporting new teachers as they build confidence, skill, and the foundations of a yoga business. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the digital ebook Beyond the Studio: Proven Income Streams for Yoga Teachers ("the Product"), sold by Evolution Lab Yoga Teaching Academy ("we", "us", "our") to the purchaser ("you", "the Customer"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Product
The Product is a digital ebook supplied in downloadable format (PDF). No physical item will be shipped. Access is provided immediately when successful payment has gone through.
2. Delivery and Access
Upon completion of payment, you will receive a download link via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and able to receive the delivery email. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or similar issues outside our control.
3. No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations
Because the Product is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You are requesting immediate access to the digital content before the expiry of any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period that might otherwise apply; and
You lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation once download or access begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a Product that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (for example, a corrupted file or a listing error). In such cases, contact us at info@amymcdonaldyoga.co.uk and we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file.
4. License to Use - No Copying or Redistribution
Purchase of the Product grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may:
Download and store the Product for your own personal or business reference.
Print a copy for your own personal use.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, lend, or share the Product or any part of it, in any format, with any third party.
Upload the Product to any shared drive, forum, social media platform, or file-sharing service.
Use the content of the Product, in whole or substantial part, to create a derivative product for sale or distribution.
Claim authorship of the Product or any of its content.
All content within the Product - including text, frameworks, graphics, and design - remains the intellectual property of Evolution Lab Yoga and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
5. Not Professional or Medical Advice
The Product provides general educational and business guidance for yoga teachers. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or medical advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any business, income, or lifestyle outcomes described are illustrative and not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Lab Yoga Teaching Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of income or business opportunity) arising from your use of, or inability to use the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
8. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of the Product, are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts for any such dispute.

If you are purchasing as a consumer from outside Ireland, nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, where such laws apply and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
