WHAT IT IS
Twelve weeks, one to one. This is where you sit down and plan the business properly, one that actually fits you. Not just what makes money, but what you're excited to build, what suits your life, and what suits how you actually work.
We start with where you actually are, then build out from there. That might mean designing your next offer and preparing the launch, or it might mean building the marketing channels that fill what you've already got.
Either way, you're not figuring it out alone, and you've got someone expecting to hear how it went.

Teachers who have something they want to build and haven't got round to building it. Teachers who want structure, accountability to you are moving forward and getting things done and someone in your corner cheering you on along the way. Hi, I’m Amy.
I've taught in leading studios across London and internationally, built a sold-out private client practice, and taught on teacher trainings. I've built and run international retreats, and now lead them each year. I mentor and coach teachers on building online yoga businesses, and I run my own group mentoring programme, now in its eighth year, helping new teachers build confidence, skill, and the foundations of a sustainable yoga teaching career and business. Alongside this, I've built my own signature in-person trainings, built online courses, created paid content for wellness brands, and developed multiple income streams along side my teaching.
My career has gone through plenty of iterations, twists, and turns along the way, and that's exactly what I bring to this work. Whichever path you're weighing up, chances are I've built it, tested it, or helped another teacher build it.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking and delivery of the 1:1 Strategy Session and the 12-Week 1:1 Mentorship (each, "the Service"), provided by Evolution Lab Yoga ("we", "us", "our") to the person booking ("you", "the Client"). By booking and paying for either Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms relevant to that Service, as set out below.
1. The Services
1:1 Strategy Session: a single, 60-minute 1:1 video call (via Zoom), during which we work on whatever you bring, whether that's your teaching, your marketing, your business model, a new idea, or the wider picture of where you are and where you want to be. Includes follow up notes and a roadmap with action points.
12-Week 1:1 Mentorship: a twelve-week 1:1 mentorship comprising one 90-minute Zoom call, five 60-minute Zoom calls, Voxer support on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the twelve weeks, two copy and content review sessions with written feedback, four hours of admin and tech support, and templates and resources, as described on the sales page current at the time of booking. The twelve-week period begins from the date of your first (90-minute) session, not from the date of payment or booking.
2. Booking and Payment
Strategy Session: payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your call date, time, and joining details.
12-Week Mentorship: you may pay in full (£1250), or over a 3-month payment plan of three instalments of £450, totalling £1350. Payment plan instalments are due monthly from the date of your first payment. Your first session will not be scheduled until at least your first instalment (or the full amount, if paying in full) has been received. If you choose the payment plan, you remain liable for all three instalments regardless of how much of the Service you use. Non-payment of an instalment may result in the pausing of calls, Voxer access, and remaining support until payment is brought up to date.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Strategy Session: if you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice by replying to your confirmation email. We will do our best to offer an alternative time within 7 days. Requests made with less notice may not be guaranteed. If you do not attend at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session is treated as delivered and no refund or make-up session is offered.
12-Week Mentorship: your five 60-minute calls will be scheduled at a cadence agreed between us, typically fortnightly, within the twelve-week period, and must be used within that period; unused calls do not carry over. If you need to reschedule a call, please give at least 48 hours' notice by messaging me directly, and we will do our best to offer an alternative time within the remaining twelve-week window. Calls cancelled or rescheduled with less notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered and are not rescheduled or refunded.
4. Voxer Support (12-Week Mentorship only)
Voxer support is available Mondays and Thursdays across the twelve-week period, during reasonable working hours. It is intended for questions, feedback, and accountability check-ins, not for delivery of full session content in place of your scheduled calls. Response times are not instant and are not guaranteed outside the stated days. Voxer access ends when the twelve-week period ends and does not carry over.
5. Copy and Content Reviews, and VA Support (12-Week Mentorship only)
Your two copy and content review sessions and your four hours of admin and tech support can be used within 6 months of your first session, beyond the twelve weeks themselves if needed. VA support is for tasks such as landing page setup and email marketing system setup, carried out under my direction; it is not unlimited ongoing VA access. Anything not used within the 6-month window does not carry over or convert to a refund or credit.
6. Cancellations and the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel either Service from the date of booking, under statutory distance-selling protections.
If your first session (Strategy Session, or the 90-minute opening call of the 12-Week Mentorship) is scheduled to take place within that 14-day period, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you are requesting the Service to begin within the cooling-off window, and that you understand this affects your right to cancel and receive a full refund once that session has taken place.
Once that first session has taken place, the Service is treated as delivered (Strategy Session) or substantially underway (12-Week Mentorship), and is non-refundable other than as set out in Clause 7. If your first session is scheduled for more than 14 days after booking, your right to cancel and receive a full refund applies as normal up until that session takes place.
7. Refunds
Strategy Session: because this is a time-limited, personal 1:1 session, all sales are final once the call has taken place, except where the Service has not been delivered as described, for example a technical failure on our end preventing the call from taking place. In that case, contact info@amymcdonaldyoga.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement session or refund. If you cancel before the call with reasonable notice (24 hours or more), you may rebook within the next 14 days.
12-Week Mentorship: once your first session has taken place, fees already paid are non-refundable, and any remaining payment plan instalments remain due, except where the Service has not been delivered as described (for example, a technical failure on our end preventing a scheduled call from taking place), in which case we will arrange a replacement session or, where appropriate, a partial refund. 8. Not Professional, Medical, or Financial Advice
Both Services provide general guidance and personal reflection to support your yoga teaching career. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any business or income outcomes discussed are illustrative and not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions following either Service.
9. Confidentiality
What you share during calls and (for the 12-Week Mentorship) Voxer exchanges will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Lab Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of income or business opportunity) arising from your use of, or reliance on, guidance given during either Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your booking or use of either Service, are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts for any such dispute.
If you are booking as a consumer from outside Ireland, nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, where such laws apply and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Because this is a personalised, one-to-one service, refunds are limited as follows.
Before your first session (within 14 days of booking)
If your first session is scheduled for more than 14 days after you book, you can cancel and receive a full refund any time before that session takes place.
If your first session is scheduled within 14 days of booking, you'll be asked to confirm this at checkout by ticking the box confirming you understand the session will happen within that window and that you're waiving your cancellation right for it. Once ticked, no refund is available once that first session has taken place.
After your first session
Once your first session has taken place, the Service is treated as underway and fees paid are non-refundable. If you're on the 3-month payment plan, remaining instalments stay due, since they cover work and time already committed across the twelve weeks, not just calls yet to happen.
If something goes wrong on our end
If a scheduled call can't go ahead because of a technical failure or an error on our side, we'll offer a replacement session or, where that's not practical, a partial refund for that session. Contact info@amymcdonaldyoga.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Unused sessions or hours
