A 5 Week Online Yoga Series With An Optional Essential Oils Layer
What to Expect
Each week centres on one of the five Yamas - timeless teachings that invite balance, awareness and right relationship with yourself and others.
You’ll have the option to come to two complementary practices each week or just one:
Mondays – Flow Practice (60 mins)
A breath-led, Jivamukti-inspired flow designed to build focus, energy, and clarity for the week ahead.
Wednesdays – Yin + Yang Practice (75 mins)
A slower, grounding practice blending movement and stillness to release tension and integrate what you’re learning.
Each class weaves together:
- Jivamukti inspired classes that are intelligently sequenced and heart-centred asana
- Pranayama (breathing practices) + meditation for emotional and energetic balance
- Mantra + intention setting to anchor awareness
- Optional essential oil pairing rituals for energetic balance and extra cellular and nervous system support
- Weekly journaling prompts to help you reflect on how each Yama can be lived and embodied in your day-to-day life
- An optional WhatsApp community space to stay connected, share reflections, and receive gentle accountability
- A weekly guided meditation posted in the WhatsApp group each week to deepen reflection and support nervous system regulation
This series is designed to hold you gently accountable - giving you structure, rhythm, and community as you move through one of the busiest times of the year.
